JessEm’s new TS Stock Guides for your table saw have all the same benefits as their highly regarded Clear-Cut Stock Guides for router table fences: Fast setup, kickback resistance, and the consistent hold down & hold-in pressure needed to get the cleanest ripping cuts possible.
To reduce kickback risk, the urethane-covered rollers operate on smooth one-way needle bearings – lumber travels forward with less resistance than with conventional feather boards, yet the bearings instantly lock up to restrict movement back toward the operator.
The guides’ rollers are set at a 5° angle to the fence, so as you feed the lumber forward, the guides automatically steer the lumber toward the fence and keep it there, giving you the straightest and most accurate cut possible. This feature is especially handy for cutting sheet goods and long boards where it’s difficult to keep consistent pressure against the fence.
Setting up for the desired stock thickness is really fast – just lower the spring loaded arm’s body onto the lumber and tighten the knob to automatically set the correct tension.
When not needed, the arms can be easily removed & reversed in their bases to store them behind the fence, or the entire base/arm unit can be slid right off the mounting track for storage.
The TS Stock Guides are a no-drill installation on INCRA table saw fences, and the parts bolt right into the INCRA T-slots. The kit includes the appropriate drill bit and hardware for installation on other brands of fences that have flat top surfaces at least 2" wide.
Use the selector above to add the riser kit if you have an INCRA table saw fence system. The 1/2” riser blocks raise the track clear of the fence mounting bracket on the end of the sliding carriage.
Installed with the riser kit on an INCRA saw fence system, the guides handle any lumber thickness up to 3-3/4”. On other brands of saw fences, the guide’s range is from 3-5/16” below the mounting surface to 11/16” above the mounting surface.
Clear-Cut TS™ Stock Guides come with (2) stock guides, (1) 30" t-slot mounting track, (1) drill bit (for drilling mounting pilot holes on non-INCRA fences), all necessary mounting hardware and T-25 Torx screwdriver for mounting track to your fence.
