Micro Jig’s new Gravity Heel accessory kit for their revolutionary GRR-Ripper 3D push block system gives you a big boost in lumber control and safety for such a small investment.
At your table saw, jointer, router table, or band saw, the Gravity Heel positively hooks onto the trailing end of your board, letting you to securely feed the lumber forward while using less downward pressure than before.
It’s automatic: The heel retracts when you put the GRR-Ripper flat on a board and extends when the GRR-Ripper is lifted or placed beyond the end of a board. The amount of automatic extension can be adjusted, and the heel can also be rigidly locked in place.
The Gravity Heel kit includes 5 heel sections and is compatible with all GRR-Ripper models. Because they’re positioned on the GRR-Ripper where they will provide the best control, the Gravity Heels are sacrificial, getting chewed up during use, plus they can even be used as zero-clearance backers for routing operations.
